Questions
- Do I need to connect Google Docs?
- Yes. The first time you ask, askROI shows a Connect Google Drive card in the chat. Sign in to Google Drive and approve access, and the request runs on your Google Drive files. You can switch Google Drive off for one chat from the composer's plus button, or disconnect it from Integrations.
- Is it free?
- Yes. You can connect Google Drive and use it in chat on the free plan. Paid plans raise the usage limits and include more credits for Premium mode.
- Can it edit any file in my Drive?
- It can search and read your Drive. It edits files askROI created or ones you open with askROI from Google Drive; for any other file it asks you to open it with askROI or works on a copy, and it tells you which.
- Does it keep my template's formatting?
- Yes. It copies the template and edits the copy, which keeps tabs, styles, smart chips, and dropdowns that rebuilding a document would lose.
