What you get

  • Text in the chatCopy it wherever you need it. Keep chatting to adjust the tone, length, or wording.

How it works

  1. Tell askROI the company, its industry, the role of the person you are meeting, and what you sell. List the people on the deal, with their influence and stance, if you want a stakeholder map.
  2. askROI's Sales call preparation tool drafts pain points to test, discovery questions for that role, and a call agenda that runs from the opening through discovery and your value to agreed next steps.
  3. Keep the plan open during the call, or keep chatting to add objections, rework the questions, or prepare the next meeting.

What people use it for

  • First discovery callswalk in with hypotheses to test instead of a generic pitch.
  • Role-specific questionsquestions that fit a CFO, a CTO, or a VP of Engineering rather than one list for everyone.
  • Multi-threaded dealssee who is a champion, who is a blocker, and how to approach each person.
  • Call structurea timed agenda that gives discovery most of the call and ends with a next step.

Questions

What is in the call plan?
Pain point hypotheses for the account's industry, discovery questions for the contact's role, and a 25 minute agenda: two minutes to open and confirm time, fifteen for discovery, five to connect their pain points to what you sell, and three to agree on next steps.
How does the stakeholder map work?
List each person with their influence (high or low) and where they stand (champion, positive, neutral, negative, or blocker). It suggests an approach for each, such as using a high influence champion internally or addressing a high influence blocker's concerns directly, and lists your champions and blockers.
Does it research the company?
It works from what you tell it about the account. Paste your notes, the company's about page, or recent news you found, and it uses them in the pain points and questions.
How is this different from the AI Battlecard Generator?
A battlecard covers named competitors and how to sell against them across many deals. Call prep covers one meeting: the account, the person across the table, and what to ask them.
What does it not do?
It does not join or record the call, update your CRM, or verify facts about the company. The pain points are hypotheses to test in discovery, not findings.
