AI Meeting Note Taker

Connect your calendar and askROI joins your Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams calls, records them, and writes notes with decisions and action items.

How it works

  1. Connect your Google or Outlook calendar and choose which meetings askROI joins: only the ones you pick, ones with people outside your company, or every call with a video link.
  2. askROI joins each chosen Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams call, records it, and transcribes it.
  3. A few minutes after the meeting ends, the notes appear: a one line summary, topics, decisions, action items with owners and due dates, and open questions, each linked to its moment in the transcript.

Questions

Which meeting apps does it work with?
Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams calls on your Google or Outlook calendar.
Does it join every meeting?
Only the ones you choose. Auto-join starts off, and you can turn notes on for each meeting, for meetings with people outside your company, or for every call with a video link.
What is in the notes?
A one sentence summary, the topics in the order they came up, the decisions reached, action items with an owner and due date when someone took one on, and open questions. Each point links to the moment in the transcript that supports it.
Does it need permission to record?
On Zoom the host has to allow recording when askROI asks. Tell the people in the meeting that askROI is taking notes.
Does it cost credits?
Yes. Recording and writing the notes use credits for the minutes recorded, and askROI checks you have enough before it joins.
