What you get
- Text in the chatCopy it wherever you need it. Keep chatting to adjust the tone, length, or wording.
How it works
- Paste a ticket or describe the customer's issue, with any account details, and mention similar past tickets or known issues if you have them.
- askROI's Triage support tickets tool categorizes the ticket, sets a P1 to P4 priority with its reason, recommends where to route it, and drafts a first response and internal notes.
- Copy the triage into your help desk, or keep chatting to get a full customer reply or to package the ticket as an escalation.

Questions
- Which categories and priorities does it use?
- Nine categories: bug, how-to, feature request, billing, account, integration, security, data, and performance. Four priorities: P1 for a system down, data loss, or a security incident, P2 for a broken core workflow with no workaround, P3 for a problem with a workaround, and P4 for cosmetic issues, questions, and feature requests. Each comes with a response time expectation, from one hour for P1 to two business days for P4.
- Where does it route tickets?
- To frontline support, senior support, engineering, product, security, or billing and finance, based on the category and how complex the issue is, with a sentence on why.
- Can it spot duplicates?
- Only against what you share. Paste similar past tickets or known issues and it checks the new ticket against them, and it raises the priority when the same problem is reported by several customers.
- How is this different from the AI Customer Support Reply Generator?
- Triage decides what a ticket is, how urgent it is, and who owns it, with a short first response. The reply generator writes the full, tailored reply for a conversation you are handling.
- What does it not do?
- It does not connect to your help desk, update ticket fields, or assign tickets. It triages the tickets you paste, and its response times are general expectations, not your team's actual service levels.
