What you get

  • Text in the chatCopy it wherever you need it. Keep chatting to adjust the tone, length, or wording.

How it works

  1. Name the meeting, how long it runs, who is coming, and what it is for, plus any notes you have. If your calendar is connected, you can just say which meeting.
  2. askROI's Prepare for a meeting tool reads the meeting and, when connected, the linked docs, earlier meetings, Notion pages, and threads around it, then writes a brief with a timed agenda, open items, decisions needed, open questions, and a prep checklist.
  3. Read it before the meeting, or keep chatting to shorten the agenda, add a topic, or save it to Notion.

Questions

Where does the context come from?
From what you write in the chat. When Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Notion, Google Drive, OneDrive, Slack, or Outlook email is connected, it also reads the event, its attached docs, earlier meetings in the series, and related pages and threads. Meetings askROI recorded add their decisions and action items.
Will it add attendees or decisions that are not real?
No. It uses the attendees, dates, and decisions your notes or sources record, marks the purpose as stated or inferred, and lists what it could not find under open questions. An owner appears only when a source names one.
Can it put the agenda in the calendar invite or in Notion?
Only when you ask. It restates where it will write first, and it updates a Google Calendar invite without notifying attendees unless you say to. It never messages attendees, accepts, declines, or moves the meeting on its own.
How is this different from the AI Meeting Minutes Generator?
This tool prepares for a meeting that has not happened yet. The minutes generator turns notes or a transcript from a meeting that already happened into a formal record.
