Do I have to sign in?

Not for Sleeper. An ESPN or Yahoo league that needs a sign-in is read by your askROI agent: you sign in once from the Logins section on the Agent screen, and the agent reads the league and makes moves you approve. The agent comes with a paid plan.

Will it make moves without asking?

No. It proposes moves and waits for your reply, and it never proposes, accepts, or declines a trade unless you say so in the chat. On Sleeper it gives you the moves to make in the Sleeper app.

Can I set it to check my team every week?

Yes, with an askROI agent. A routine can run the lineup check before each week's games and send you the report. Routines report moves; they do not make them.

How it works

Say what you need (a lineup check, pickups, a matchup preview, or a trade) and your Sleeper username. For an ESPN or Yahoo league, ask your askROI agent, which signs in to the league for you.
askROI's fantasy sports tool reads the league's settings first (scoring, roster slots, lock times, and waiver rules), then the rosters, injury tags, and the week's games.
It answers with a numbered list of moves, the earliest lock first, each with a one-line reason. Moves only happen when you approve them.
