What you get
- Text in the chatCopy it wherever you need it. Keep chatting to adjust the tone, length, or wording.
How it works
- Tell askROI your product, who you compete with, and what you know: features, strengths, weaknesses, pricing, and the market you sell into.
- askROI's Competitive analysis tool builds what you ask for: a SWOT with strategies for each pairing, a feature comparison showing where each side has the edge, or a positioning and landscape summary.
- Copy it into your plan or deck, or keep chatting to add a competitor, go deeper on one, or turn the findings into messaging.
What people use it for
- Strategy planninga SWOT that ends in concrete moves, not just four lists.
- Product gapssee which features a rival has that you lack, and which you have that they do not.
- Positioning and messagingfind where your message overlaps a rival's and where you can stand apart.
- Market entrymap the players in a market before you launch into it.
Questions
- What does the SWOT include?
- Your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, plus four sets of strategic actions: use strengths to capture opportunities, fix the weaknesses that block opportunities, use strengths to blunt threats, and limit exposure where weaknesses meet threats.
- How does the feature comparison work?
- List the features for your product and for a competitor. It lines them up category by category, marks where only you or only they offer something, and counts the advantages on each side.
- How is this different from the AI Battlecard Generator?
- This tool is for strategy and marketing: SWOT, feature gaps, and positioning. The battlecard is for sellers in live deals, with talk tracks, objection responses, and landmine questions for each competitor.
- What does it not do?
- It does not size markets or model revenue, and it does not track competitors over time. The analysis is only as accurate as the details behind it, so check facts about rivals, such as prices and features, before you publish them.
