- Which agreements can it draft?
- Mutual or one-way NDAs, statements of work, master services agreements, and data processing agreements. For employment, lease, licensing, or investment agreements it says they are outside its scope and offers an outline of the points to settle with a lawyer.
- Is this legal advice?
- No. Every draft is a starting point that a qualified lawyer in the governing jurisdiction should review before it is sent or signed, and the reply ends by saying so. It does not tell you whether a clause is enforceable where you are.
- Does it fill in names, fees, and dates?
- Only the ones you give it. Missing party details, fees, dates, and standard positions stay as placeholders, and the cover note lists each one to fill in.
