What is a 3P update?

A short weekly update in three parts: Progress (what the team got done), Plans (what comes next), and Problems (what is slowing it down). askROI keeps each part to one to three sentences, with numbers where you have them, under a one-line header with the team name and dates.

Does it ask questions before writing?

Sometimes. A 3P update needs the team name and the dates covered, and it asks if you leave them out. For an announcement that does not fit the standard formats, it first asks about the audience, the purpose, the tone, and any formatting you need.

How is this different from the AI Stakeholder Update Generator?

This tool writes for everyone inside the company: team updates, newsletters, FAQs, and announcements. The stakeholder update generator writes about one product or project for a specific audience, such as executives, engineers, partners, customers, or a board.

Where do the facts come from?

From what you share in the chat. When you give it the details, askROI mostly shapes and tightens them into the right format, and in an FAQ it says clearly when an answer is uncertain or needs an official response from leadership.

What does it not do?

It writes the update for you to send; it does not post it to Slack or email it for you. It also does not know what happened at your company unless you tell it, so a newsletter is only as complete as the notes you give it.
