Questions
- Do I need to connect Slack?
- Yes. The first time you ask, askROI shows a Connect Slack card in the chat. Sign in to Slack and approve access, and the request runs on your Slack messages and channels. You can switch Slack off for one chat from the composer's plus button, or disconnect it from Integrations.
- Is it free?
- Yes. You can connect Slack and use it in chat on the free plan. Paid plans raise the usage limits and include more credits for Premium mode.
- Is it the same as my Slack notifications?
- No. It searches your mentions, direct messages, and threads you take part in, so it is a best-effort view rather than Slack's exact unread count. It says so when coverage is partial.
- Can it answer the messages too?
- Yes. Ask it to draft replies for the top items. It writes Slack drafts for you to review, or sends them when you say so.
